Thad D. Ackel, Jr.
Thad D. Ackel, Jr. specializes in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate market analysis and Louisiana property law. He holds degrees from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he majored in business management and marketing, and Loyola College of Law New Orleans where he focused on civil, international and property law. In addition to his role as managing Broker for Tribute Real Estate, Ackel’s legal practice at Ackel & Associates L.L.C. concentrates around real estate transactions, contractual review and drafting, title examinations and developing comprehensive corporate structure and development strategies. Ackel is also an advocate for private property rights and economic and civil liberty. He serves as President for The Foundation for Economic and Civil Liberty, and enjoys monitoring and educating the public about legislative activities. As a licensed attorney and real estate agent in Louisiana, Ackel is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, National Association of REALTORS® and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®.
