Natchez Trace students live within the boundaries of the Madisonville school district, which feeds into Mandeville High School. Mandeville High School provides one of the best public educations available in Louisiana as it is a Nation Blue Ribbon school. For elementary school, students spend half of their time at Madisonville Elementary School for preK-1st grade and the rest at Lancaster Elementary for 2nd-5th grade. Madisonville Jr. High, in Madisonville Proper, teaches grades 6th-8th. Lastly, students attend Mandeville High School for 9th-12th grade. Many parents still choose private schooling for their children and to accommodate, Mandeville and Covington have plenty of great choices like Northlake Christian, St. Paul’s, St. Scholastica Academy, Mary Queen of Peace, Lake Castle, and more.
